The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is building a website for e-trade transactions in Vietnamese and English between Vietnam and African countries.
The website, to be available at www.vinafrica.com, will initially focus on facilitating online trade between Vietnam and nine African nations, namely South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Angola, Tanzania, Senegal, Benin and Libya.
The web page aims to assist Vietnamese businesses and enterprises in these African countries in e-trade transactions, seeking partners, online payment, and in commodity exchange, transport and banking services.
The website, which is expected to be launched in September 2005, has to date collected and classified information in the concerned countries, including the land and people, socio-economic situations, trade co-operation, markets, models and orientations for various branches.
