VietNamNet �€“ Human Resources Training and Development Centre (Saracenter) on March 26 launched a free online IT website for locals, especially rural youths at the address: http://www.sara.com.vn.
All Vietnamese citizens can find and register for free IT training courses via the website, said the centre director, Tran Khac Hung.
Previously the centre cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Party Youth Union�€™s Central Committee to launch a contest to design online IT training software for rural young people. The contest will end this June. The prize for the winner will be VND10mil and a free training course at the centre.
The centre is an affiliate of the Institute for Rural Development and Assistance Research under the Southeast Asia Science Association.
