Nguyen Hoang Informatics Company has inaugurated its capital for computers, named iCare, in HCM City with three kinds of insurance cards for computers.
iCare is the first international computer hospital in Vietnam, which provides exam and repair services, comprehensive solutions for computers, office equipment and digital products.
“The market for computers and digital products is growing fast while after-sale and maintenance services are under expectation. That’s why this hospital is established,” said iCare director Tran Dai Hai.
The centre operates 24/7 and its technicians will be present within 60 minutes after computer owner makes ‘SOS’ phone call. The ‘hospital’ has over 100 experienced ‘doctors’ with four ‘wards’.
The Emergency Aid and Non-resident Treatment ward specializes in dealing with urgent cases. The Residence Ward is for computers that need repairs at the hospital. The Surgery and Recovery Ward focus on more complicated cases. The Research and Development Ward reseaches and develops application technologies in the fields of communication network, data security to have solutions serving computer and network repair.
