The Vietnamese government’s e-information gate was officially launched in Hanoi at http://www.egov.gov.vn on September 9.
This gate will collect information from ministries, sectors and localities and faciliate the exchange of information among them as well as supply the government’s e-information to state management agencies, organisations, enterprises and citizens. It will also help boost transactions and information exchanges be conducted more smoothly nationwide.
Though this e-gate which creates unity in the management system, exchanges between governmental agencies and people are easier.
After four years of carrying out the project to improve e-state management, many e-information systems of the government have been put into operation.
Common softwares of the project are being applied in many localities, serving professional activities of cadres and building database of ministries, sectors and localities.
