Red Cross develops master plan for AO victims

The Central Highlands were sprayed with a large amount of toxic chemicals by Us military forces during the war years. Consequently, more 40,000 people in the region, most of whom are poor ethnic minority people, have been affected by the Agent Orange dioxin. Many activities to help Agent Orange victims overcome their difficulties to lead a better life have been implemented throughout the region.
