20 billion VND presented to AO victims and disabled people

Leaders from the Vietnam Red Cross presented clothes and wheelchairs worth 20 billion VND to Agent Orange (AO) victims and disabled people in the 8 poor provinces of Ha Tay, Hung Yen, Bac Giang, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh during the launching ceremony of an action month for AO victims and poor disabled people on July 4 in Ha Tay province.
