Belgian embassy to increase scholarships for VN students
Belgium is likely to increase the number of scholarships it grants to Vietnamese students to attend various Belgian universities next year, from the 75 awarded this year, said Alfred Fickers, first secretary for development co-operation at the Belgian Embassy in Viet Nam.
