University plans biggest library
Ha Noi University of Technology would open Viet Nam’s largest library next year, announced the university’s deputy director Nguyen Khac Xuong.Construction on the 10-storey, 37,000 sq.m library began in April 2002 and will cost US$13 million.
Australia offers scholarships to Vietnamese students
The Australian Governemnt has offered development scholarships for 2005 to 157 Vietnamese students. This was announced by the Australian Embassy at a get-together of the recipients held in Ha Noi on Tuesday.
