The Music Institute in coordination with the Ministry of Culture and Information’s Cultural Heritage Department held a national Ca Tru Festival 2006 to gather Ca Tru singers and to honor the traditional folk cultural values.
The Central Highlands Kon Tum provincial Fatherland Front and the provincial Department of Health chose Nui Vai village, Dak Krong commune, Dak Glei district to be the site of the first culture and health village.
