The northern key economic zone as a matter of priority should devise a strategy for production and business investment, said a senior official.
The main task also includes a common land price and land clearance policy in border areas between Ha Noi and the ten provinces in the zone, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said. Additionally, he called for close coordination in planning, management and implementation.
Dung also assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to devise a project to move the universities from Ha Noi inner city which is expected to be submitted to the Prime Minister late this year.
