Vietnam and Laos have signed a bilateral cooperation agreement in the post and telecommunication sector following discussions between Vietnamese Minister of Information and Communication Le Doan Hop and Minister of the Lao National Post and Telecom Agency Khamlouad Sidlakone in Vientiane on October 6.

Contestants entered information and communication technology (ICT) products that cater to the needs of the disabled. Its organizers included the office of the National Steering Committee for Information Technology that is involved in helping disabled people, the Vietnam Television, and the Vietnam Association of Information Processing (VAIP).
