Vietnamese and Hungarian youngsters should be enabled to study together and share experiences, said a Hungarian diplomat while speaking highly of cooperation in education and training.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the 2010-15 plan on universalising preschool education, which aims to ensure all five-year-old children in remote and mountainous areas have the chance to receive proper care and education.
